my order upgrade

upgrade phone on the 13th may  money was taken  and got my order number been over a week now and nothing any help  on why this is ??

Yeah just called and it's over  an hour wait  on the line    just annoying  that money taken  and number  given  but  no phone  2 weeks now waiting  checked the  order status  and keeps saying error

yea have checked that just says sorry no tracking info at the moment just anoying as money was taken for the phone but no phone yet
