I ordered my upgrade Friday and I’ve heard nothing about a delivery, all I have is my Xkn number in an email

You'll get an update when your order passes through to the next stage. But if you are worried phone 150 with your XKN at hand.

I am having the same issue.
When I enter my XKN number I get the red message with 'Sorry, we can't show your order details right now.'

Was this an upgrade or a new contract with us?
I placed the order on Saturday and it is an upgrade
Have you spoken to our Mobile Care Team?
They will be able to check the order for you and give you an update.

When you track an order in our order tracker, you will need to use the tracking number that you will get in an email and not the xkn number.
