iPhone 11 Pro and Apple Watch Series 5

Hi,

 

I ordered both the watch and iPhone 11 pro (both upgrades from my current phone and watch) but have not received an order confirmation email for either product?

Albeit, I do have 'order numbers' which do not work in the 'Online Order tracker' 

 

Am I to expect the products tomorrow or will there be a delay in stock?

Any help appreciated

How did you place your order?

 

If it's going to arrive tomorrow, you'll receive a text message from DPD before 8PM today with tracking information.

Oh sorry, and both ordered over the phone by calling EE 

Both order numbers begin with a '024'

Don't worry, if you ordered over the phone, your pre-order will be in place and ready to go when stock arrives.

 

I'd also recommend downloading the DPD app which will notify you when they collect your order.
