i havehad confirmation email for the order stating its successful and in stock, but on tracking order it states awaiting confirmation , can anyone tell me why - if its in stoch there should not be a delay, im confused

@Gcp68 I would suggest calling customer service on 150 about this, they may need to ask a couple of security questions before they can dispatch.
