i have my new phone coming tomorrow and i dont hve id you said i need

@samuelm19   Then the delivery driver should not leave the device with you.  You need the correct ID to prove who you say you are.

Thanks for posting on the community

 

DPD will require one of the below forms of ID;

 

  • Photographic driving license
  • Passport
  • International ID card 

 

If a family member at your address has a valid form of ID, and has the same surname as you, they'll be able to sign for your order.
