Anytime Upgrade Return Pack Not Received

Hi I did an anytime upgrade last Thursday in which I received my new phone the next day but 7 days later I’ve still not received the returns pack for my old device and has to be returned by next week?!

Error with order online

Have currently been on hold for half an hour, after I got a text saying an error occurred when ordering my upgrade online. Can anyone assist? Cant really stay on the phone much longer but look like will be on for over an hour ! Typical
