Why hasn't the DPD contacted me regarding the Nintendo switch

Ireceived a text from ee saying my Nintendo switch is being processed and that DPD will be in touch but I haven't heard from them at all

@elliotjtaylor95  using your words “EE have said it’s being processed”  not that they have dispatched it.

They haven't contacted you because it's  not ready for delivery yet. Once DPD have your delivery they will text you with a delivery window.

 

If you need more specific information you will need to call CS on 150.

AHH thank you for your help I have been very puzzled over this for days now -.- 

I saw some people never even received windows so I was just wanting to see if anyone knew any informatio. But again thank you for not being as rude as the other guy also
