Made a order yesterday and had no email or text what so ever to know what's happening. Didn't save order number as I thought I would get it on my email. I see many many people have this problem with no communication. Also paid 30 upfront and have taken the money

@Marvin82 you need to call customer services about this you also need that order number to give to customer services.
