Where’s my phone?!

I ordered my phone on 25/9/18 and never received it. I called EE on 5/10/18 regarding this matter and they couldn’t give me an answer as to why it hadn’t been sent out but confirmed over the phone it would be delivered on Monday after receiving a text from DPD on Sunday 7/10/18. I haven’t received a text from DPD or EE and I still can’t track my order! What’s going on?!
