Ordered a new phone on 20/12/18. Received a dispatch email on 21/12/18 . Wanted phone delivered to a local EE Store. Have heard nothing since, no texts or emails from EE or DPD . Cant ring customer services as cannot get past having to enter a phone number ( as I dont know what it is ! )

If you ring 0800 956 6000 opt 2 opt 4 it will put you through to a advisor without the need of entering a mobile number.
