I placed an order for a phone upgrade on the 2nd of December I had a confirmation email come through however no money has been taken from my card nor have I had any further emails or nexts . I read that phones were supposed to be delivered within 2 days and it’s been 2 days and I’ve heard nothing .when I go to track the order it doesn’t work either

@Lukewain Phones can only be delivered if there is stock of that device and there is no guarantee phones will be delivered in any time frame. Give customer services a call about this.
