Where’s my order??
new upgrade was place on line on the 9th June, at the time the phone was advised as 1 day delivery. 10 days have now passed.

Have you tried tracking your order?
If that doesn't help then you will need to call CS on 150, tomorrow as there is no account access on these forums.

Thanks but when I try to track my order I get a message saying ooooppss order tracking has timed out.
