Where's my order?

Hi

Order number xkn257118196 delivery was attempted on Friday but I was unavailable, looks like the phone has now been sent back to you! Do I need to place another order?

Have you downloaded the DPD app at all?

 

I can’t be at home for my DPD delivery. What do I need to do?

 

If you miss your delivery the DPD driver will leave a card so you can arrange another delivery. However you can also log in to the DPD app and rearrange the delivery in advance if the suggested time isn’t convenient for you.

 

We also have a Help page with answers to any additional questions you may have.
