Just posted this under SIM cards and then realised it might be better here.
I took out a SIM only contract as an additional line. I am anxious to receive the SIM as I have a new phone that I can't use.
I have two questions. Firstly, how long does it usually take for the SIM to be delivered? the second line is already showing in MyEE with a number etc.
Secondly, the SIM is being delivered by Royal Mail, is there any way I can track it?

My Expected Delivery date shows today, the last status i received stated the Order was on Track, the Order tracker shows the Order is not dispatched yet.
Can you please update me on the Status of my order?

Hi Chris,
I ordered a black 128gb pixel 3 xl, it was due to be delivered today but I have no update no notification on the delay. I checked at the ee store and they have no information. How is it that the order status says its on track? When in face the phone status is in a limbo.
I'd have appreciated an update on the status. I'm traveling next week and need to replace my phone asap, in case the phone will be delayed beyond the weekend, I'll have no choice but to cancel the order.

I’ve ordered a P20 Pro Twilight with Nintendo Switch offer, so I can understand delays due to demand but it’s just bothering me that I can’t track it at all and don’t even have a rough time frame for delivery

Don't worry when your order is ready for delivery DPD will send you a text with your 1 hour time frame.
However, I would recommend speaking with our customer service team to check the progress of your order.

Upgraded my contract and handset on Saturday, order confirmation email recieved, and can see the order on my account, but no signs of any movement from it now. Phone is in stock, but again, it's yet to move into the Dispatch expected within 24hrs section. Yet to get a concrete answer on why this is.

Hi, id like ask about my order, i ordered pay monthly plan last Thursday, got confirmed email , got 1 hour frame from DPD next day delivery, but driver didnt come , after checked DPD track numer found info like - Return to consignor has been requested, and now parcel is on the way back to EE, any solution what do with that now? As today i got my letter from EE bout Direct Debit. Many thanks for help
