If you’ve ordered a new phone, tablet or mobile broadband device on a pay monthly plan, we know you’ll be looking forward to receiving it.
Here’s how to track your EE delivery and a summary of the process.
If your order includes items on a pay monthly plan you'll receive a text message or email that will have a link to our online order tracker. If you haven’t got the email or text then don’t worry as you can also link directly to our online tracker in MyEE.
The order confirmation number can be found in the order confirmation email or text that we sent you. It will consist of 10-12 characters which can be numbers or a combination of numbers and letters.
If you’re having problems with the order number double check you’re using the email address or phone number that you gave us when you placed the order. If you still have problems give us a call on 150 to confirm your order number is correct.
Once we have received your items from the manufacturer we do our best to get them out to you within 24 hours via our delivery partner DPD. You’ll receive a text from DPD to tell you it’s on the way the day before your delivery.
If you have opted for delivery to an EE store the process is the same – you’ll receive a DPD text to tell you when it’s going to arrive ready for you to collect. Just remember to bring a valid form of ID with you when you pick it up.
SIM orders will arrive within 3-5 working days.
The DPD couriers and EE Retail stores both accept slightly different forms of photo ID :
|DPD home delivery - One of the below|
|Photographic driving license|
|International ID card|
|EE Retail - All of the below|
|The card that you paid with|
|The email confirmation of your order|
A valid form of ID :
Passport (valid and in date)
Photo Driving License (valid and in date)
The delivery date in the order tracker doesn’t show a date – what does this mean?
Occasionally we are unable to accurately predict the delivery date for your item, especially when it’s new to the market or in high demand. If the delivery date is blank or says “awaiting confirmation” it means we can’t tell you for sure, but we will send you an update by email or text as soon as this changes.
If you miss your delivery the DPD driver will leave a card so you can arrange another delivery. However you can also log in to the DPD app and rearrange the delivery in advance if the suggested time isn’t convenient for you.
If a family member at your address has a valid form of ID, and has the same surname as you, they'll be able to sign for your order.

I ordered an upgrade to be delivered to a shop 5 days ago.
According the the email, the phone is
"Now in stock. Usually dispatched within 1 day to you or your local EE store."
I have received no tracking link from DPD and no further acknowledgement from ee, and when I follow the instructions to track it a message appears
"Sorry, we were unable to complete your request right now. Please try again later."
The last time this happened, I went to an ee shop and there was no record of my order.
Please advise how I can speak to a human to sort this delivery.

yes I ordered online, and received a confirmation email with a reference.
This was an upgrade for a monthly pay account.
I have not received any further notification email or text, and the website says I should do within a day.

I recently (Tuesday) decided to bite the proverbial bullet and get an upgrade and renew my contract with EE. I went through all the details and security checks, decisions etc and ordered my brand new shiny Iphone 11.
I was assured it was in stock, and would be delivered next day. Wednesday rolls around and around 4.30pm I decided to check on the status- I ordered rather late on Tuesday evening so figured maybe there wasn't time to get the order out for next day- No problem.
However upon chasing up my order I was rather shocked and astounded to be told it had indeed been delivered, and signed for in my name. I'm actually glad I came here because upon reading the OP I can see that for this to happen, there SHOULD have been a DPD requested showing of licence, photo ID etc, but apparently that was eschewed in favour of apparently, I later found out, being delivered to a totally wrong address. I received zero delivery updates in this time, no text for hour delivery window, no email, no order numbers, nothing.
I went through all this with CS, and then yesterday had a phonecall and was told all the info about the delivery etc and was passed off to rearrange delivery for today. I was again asked to triple confirm my address, though for what reason, when apparently a delivery can be made to anywhere with no forms of ID shown I have no idea.
So today, once again I'm expecting the delivery, bearing in mind my new contract has supposedly already begun and I lost a day waiting in from work in the first place, and it is now 12.20pm. I have once again received NO updates on delivery. No texts, no emails, nothing.
Obviously I am really rather dubious by this point, and am second guessing whether I really want to tie myself into a further two year contract with a firm that apparently can't get a simple order out to the right address in a timey fashion, and doesn't provide any form of on the day or otherwise delivery information.
I'm well aware that it's still early in the day, but after the fiasco that has been this experience thus far, I would've expected to have been kept in the loop rather better than before and yet I'm in exactly the same situation as last time. Is it on its way? Was it all a dream? Has the delivery driver decided to once again deliver it to a random address to someone with a MCLovin driving licence?
I'm quite reasonably at this point I feel, getting rather annoyed at this whole endeavour. I am seriously going to cancel the whole thing, pay out the month left on my original contract and just leave at this point, if my delivery doesn't arrive today, as to be honest life is too short and I can already envision returning home on any day after today and being faced with a missed delivery calling card because I can't be in all ay every day waiting for a misbegotten parcel that's been more places than Attenborough.

I'm sorry to hear your phone was delivered to the wrong address yesterday.
Do you have the DPD app to try and track your order?

Heya Jon, no problem.
I'd love to track my package via app, it'd probably be pretty entertaining watching it go back and forth, to me to you, like a bit of wood the Chuckle Brothers were holding in their trademark whimsical sketches, but unfortunately I've never received anything to track it with.
I got my account number on my delivery confirmation email and that's it and that won't work for tracking purposes (I tried, until I nearly bust into tears, like the time in Geography when I was 7 and was adamant Iceland was in England and my mum went there every week for Turkey Dinosaurs).
So obviously after it already going elsewhere once, I'm rather pessimistic. I do appreciate the message though, it's great that things like this exist and are fairly well and quickly addressed. Kudos for that.
As I type this I have just been able to get in touch with customer support via text, I have been unable to use the phone like that until now, so hopefully we can get somewhere 🙂
