Where is my order

Hi There,

 

I ordered an xbox to add to my plan yesterday do you know when I should receive an update. It stated online that they were in stock but other than ordering I have had no correspondence.

Can you check your email junk/spam folder to see if you have the confirmation email in one of those folders?

 

If not, if you give our Mobile Care team a call on 150, they can check the order for you.
