Hi,
I upgraded online on Friday and have had texts and emails through from EE confirming the change in tariff. I arranged for the phone to be delivered to my local store but, I have had no contact from DPD and when I try to track the order with the XKO number I was given no results are returned.
Any help appreciated

@pauldellow A XKO number is a order number not a tracking number and you’ll not get a tracking number or contact from DPD as it’s a store delivery. The store will contact you when it’s ready for collection.

Thanks for posting on the community 🙂
If you have opted for delivery to an EE store when placing the order online, you’ll receive a DPD text to tell you when it’s going to arrive ready for you to collect.
To get the delivery and reference number looked into give us a call on 150, we will be able to check this for you 🙂
