When they sold me the phone, I was told no more than 2 or 3 days. I've now waited for 18 days. My uncle bought the same phone a week later from another EE store, and he was told the same. We both are now out of country, and may not have a phone when we get back. I wish I could at least get a real time update, but the stores have no clue whatsoever regarding when the phone will arrive. I've called them about 4 or 5 times during this period. Anyway, please let me know if the green iPhone starts being delivered.
Thanks for the answer Katie, but I still don't get why stores aren't inform about delivery period. When I call them, they have no answer whatsoever. All I get is, you will get a text when it arrives. One last question, would it be possible to cancel the order? I paid down payment on this phone.
