Hi im wondering wether anyone can help me iv tried upgrading then got a email saying the phone i tried upgrading to is out of stock so then i done a different upgrade with a different colour but its been two days now and i havent heard anything back

Hi yes i have tried that at first i tried ordering a iphone 11 pro max in green but was out of stock so i re ordered one in gold i received a email saying the order was being processed 

Each time i try to track it it comes up with sorry we cant show you your order details right now
