Upgrading issue

Just tried to upgrade online through we app and then tried online a couple of times and it won’t let me finish the order. Just says can’t process at this time

If you contact customer services on 150 from your EE device or 0800 317 720 from any other phone a upgrade advisor will be happy to process your order for you.
