Upgraded on the 2/1/19 Nd still on “order confirmed”? Was next day delivery

Upgraded over the phone on the 2/1/19. Was told it should be delivered the next day but is still on “order confirmed” Do I just be patient or?

I managed to get on the phone to them. They said unfortunately stock is low and the phone is in high demand so will take up to 7 days to deliver. Just wish they said that from the start and not say it’ll be here next day delivery. Thanks for the help everyone.
