Upgrade

Hi

i upgrade my contract by the phone last Sunday. Lady says that I should receive phone by dpd in24hours. I didn’t get any email or confirmation. When I check reference number it “awaiting for confirmation “. I tried to call today but it’s unavailable, someone know why ?

If you call freephone 0800 317 720 a customer service advisor will be able to check the status of your order.

Yes they answer now. Phone should be with me tomorrow if no I have to call again on Friday. Thanks 🙂
