Upgrade ordered, unable to track order via tracker

Hi all,

 

I placed an order for a new handset / contract last week. I paid my up-front fee and early upgrade fee, however have not received anything since the "we've got your order" email.

 

 

I tried to track my order using the XKO code, however I receive -  

Sorry, we can't show your order details right now. 

I am also unable to see my current tariff, addons etc via the MyEE app. Any idea what could be holding this up? I'd prefer not to call CS if possible

Welcome to the EE Community,

 

here on the community there isnt any account access If you call 0800 317 720 a customer service advisor will be able to check the status of your order.
