How do i find out about an upgrade ive ordered but not heard anything about its been 8 days now?

Maybe still not in stock ? But I would call 150. Or get in a live chat with someone from customer services

You need to call EE sale team on 150 from ee or any other provider 0800 079 8586.
Where they can check your order status..
