I ordered an upgrade online and arranged A time slot for super fast delivery, the upgrade never arrived, tracking is unavailable and I can’t get through to the number it says to call regarding deliveries, the money has been taken from my account. Any suggestions as to what I can do? Thanks!

If the tracker isn't displaying any information about your order call freephone 0800 317 720 & a customer service advisor will be able to check the status of your order.
