Upgrade Order of Smasung S20 Ultra from Touchwood, Solihull Store TransNo 001183

Dear Sir,

On Sunday 8th March, I visited the Touchwood Solihull store and placed an upgrade order for a Samsung S20 Ultra and paid a £25 reservation fee. I was told to expect the phone in up to 2-3 weeks. Unfortunately, lockdown closed the Solihull store within this period and I have heard nothing further about my order and the Galaxy earbuds that were part of the offer on 8th March. I realise the Solihull store will not open again until lockdown with free movement is reintroduced but am very worried about my new phone order now nearly 9 weeks after the order was placed.
