Tracking timed out?

Hey,

 

I Ordered an iPhone SE over a week ago but delivery update says ‘tracking timed out?’ 

 

How is can I resolve this and receive some delivery information? 

 

Item was was in stock at the time of order so was lead to believe it would be on its way in 48 hours.

@AmyAxx The EE online order tracker is a complete waste of time IMHO; it never seems to work now.  

 

You will need to ring EE sales on 0800 956 6000 to chase the order.

unable to call as they won’t speak to me over the phone as it’s my mother in laws account. However we’ve set it all up and she doesn’t know any more then we do! 

 

Just want to track delivery!
