The watch with the samsung s10 didn't come with my phone

I ordered a samsung s10 which I thought come with the watch as an add in for free or something along the lines but I have received my phone and no watch any idea?

You have to claim the watch from Samsung.

The site claim the watch can be found here

you will need to upload a copy of your proof of purchase.
