Still no DPD text almost a week after ordering. What's going on?

Still awaiting delivery confirmation, I'd sent the item to store as I hoped it would arrive a lot faster but approaching one week since the order I haven't heard a thing. Can someone help?

@give customer services a call on 150 and they will be able to track your order for you. Alternatively you can call the store directly to see if it’s arrived yet.
