I pre-ordered a Samsung S20 ultra on 5th March.
When I spoke to EE cust services they said they had a to wait to see how much stock they would get and since then I haven't had any update by text and the app doesn't let me see my plans and add one etc.
Does anyone know what the current state of play is with deliveries.
Obviously I know that Corona virus has put certain restrictions but I know other delivery services are operational etc.

It's not a question of delivery it's manufacturing in South Korea and then shipping the devices.
There are a few sourced handsets but supply us limited and will be for some time.

I’m in the same situation mate I pre ordered 8th March and I haven’t got any updates on the EE order status thing nor have I got any delivery notification from DPD I honestly don’t think we will receive it by the 31st. Let me know if u have received it though.
