S10 Delivery

Hi, I preordered my s10 in black in the Bournemouth store last Thursday: I was advised that it would be in store by Wednesday.

My order states my phone is a "back order" and I have not yet received confirmation it is due to be dispatched. Can you please advise when I will receive my new device?

If you read this forum there are delays in the S10's as Samsung couldn't keep up with demand. 


No one on here can tell you an exact date

I ordered on Wednesday last week and they keep telling me different things it's gone from 7 days from when I ordered to 7 days from launch , now it's they aim to dispatch it from 7 days from launch 😞 meaning I'm looking into maybe a delivery next week!
