I returned my phone and it’s been delivered and signed for, but EE hasn’t sent me a text to confirm it. I am getting annoyed cause all the team is doing is going around in circles saying call here and call there Plus charging me. I am being told to call the maintenance care team but they said they can’t help. I have spoken to many people and all I am asking is to change my account to my old one. The warehouse is waiting for Ee. I called on Friday and they said my account would be back to my Previous plan, but I am still waiting.

unfortunately here on the community there isnt any account access I would suggest speaking to customer services again so they can rectify any issues on your account for you.
