Hi

 

I placed an order on the 30 April and subsequently called 150 and had it cancelled 05 May and a new order placed which has successfully arrived however the original order has not been refunded for the upfront payment and I was told I would receive it within 3-5 working days.

 

I have received no email confirmation of the cancelled order nor my refund. how can I find out what has happened to this order and where my refund is?

@tlw2288  Customer services can help you with this. 

Give me my **bleep** money back," 3 to 5 working days" my **bleep**. I'm overdrawn and homeless.
