Hi, I canceled an order on 08/13/2019, but I was not reimbursed ... in fact it was suspended ... Why?

Our customer care team will be able to access your account and provide details of the order for you.

 

If your order was process online or over the phone, they will be able to cancel this and ensure the refund is processed.
