Re ordering

Ee is a joke after been told multiple times the phone will be delivered instore, waiting since release only to be told ee have to re order the phone so have to wait another week i know i should have stayed with 02 not serious

@Reapz89 Issues can and do happen and it could quite easily happen at o2 also and I’m sure it has.

To me it's just excuses always tomorrow, they have devices there but not mine, if i wanted to buy an s10+ now i could do it instore, plenty customers buying the phone but pre orders seem to be delayed makes no sense

I ordered s10+ prism black, what's the reason for the reorder... the store doesn't know and neither do i.
