Problem processing this request when updating

Hi There

 

Just trying to upgrade my phone on line to google pixel 4. got as far as check out payment. But just got "Sorry, there has been a problem processing this request."

 

Any suggestions?

It was the 64gb black one and it was a new one rather than good as new

 

but I just managed to get it to go through on the system. Seems to be working now. Also got a confirmation email 😊
