Hi I pre ordered a samsung S20 ultra end of February on annual upgrade, I paid £25 deposit. What will happen regarding this as stores are shut but I have paid for this service?.

You will need to take it up with the shop when it open again. It's unlikely they will have your handset in stock as they are in high demand, but as a result of the virus they aren't getting produced, shipped so stock is extremely low.
