My Samsung Galaxy s20 plus 5g is over 3 weeks late with nothing mentioned or any updates or any delivery date how about you let your customers know and updated on what's going on

I ordered the phone on the 14th of February I've never received a text all I have is a screenshot of the transaction with the order number
