Phone broken /delivery

Hi my phone is broken, so upgraded early. Delivery information is being sent via text to old phone..thats not working??.Ive tried tracking it ..nothing available. No idea when new phone will arrive this is day 3.. after after order placed on line

Do you have a tablet or other device that you could download the DPD app on?

 

Once you have downloaded the app and registered your details, you'll get a notification once they have collected your phone.

I have just downloaded it but need tracking number to trace. Reference from EE no good..so no further forwards.

If you give us a call on 0800 079 8586 from any landline or provider, our mobile care team will be able to provide you with your tracking number if your phone has been dispatched. 

 

Did you receive a confirmation email when placing your order? if yes, you can check the status of your order using the EE online tracker
