I took out a pay monthly contract on 5/1 I have yet to receive my new sim. I have received a text asking to rate delivery service and my 1st bill. Am an existing ee payg customer.

@Jo60 EE are a bit premature in sending you that. EE sends its sims out 2nd class Royal Mail. It’ll probably turn up early next week. If you don’t get this by end of Monday I’ll call customer services about it.

It should have arrived within 4 working days. If you don't receive it in the post tomorrow, I recommend speaking to our Mobile Care team or pop into an EE store for a replacement.
