Ordered an accessory over a week ago and it's not been dispatched

Hi it's been over a week and I have had no word on the accessory I ordered to be attached to my bill, and I'm completely unable to track it and I would just like to know what's going on

Hi, it was the beats pill plus add on for my contract, and as far as I know it was still in stock
