Ordered add-on 01/05/2020 and had no update

I ordered the Samsung Galaxy Watch Active2 Aluminium 40mm in Pink Gold on the 1st of May, as an add-on to my contract.

I had a confirmation email to say that it'd be dispatched in 24 hours but I've had no correspondence and my order hasn't arrived.

 

Can anyone help?

If the tracker doesnt diaplay any information call 0800 317 720 and a customer service advisor will be able to check the status of your order.

The customer service line says it's for vulnerable customers only so I feel bad ringing them, can you assure me it's okay to do so?

@DaynaStarr if you ring the 0800 number I provided you will get through without any options.
