Hi, I’m currently with o2 but my contract is now up and I’ve seen a better deal on EE.
I ordered a phone online yesterday just after 1pm. I received an email straight after with a xko number but I haven’t received anything since then.
How long does it normally take? I’m guessing they have to do credit checks etc but I thought they were all done at the time of purchase. Thanks

It's usually processed and dispatched by DPD pretty quickly. You would have received an email from us by now if there were a problem with the credit check.
Was the phone you ordered in stock? Have you had anything from DPD yet?
