Order tracking not working

I am waiting for an order placed at the start of this week. It said it's usually dispatched within one day. I've had no update, and no delivery date provided.

 

When I use the track my order service I get an error message. And I can't get through on 150.

 

Can someone help?

Call customer services and choose option 3 I believe for upgrades/additional lines. U will get through.
