Hello.
My father on my behalf ordered a upgrade phone for me on Sunday afternoon. Neither he nor I are yet to receive any sort of tracking details or confirmation aside from the initial order email.
All the information on community and on chats says “give us a call” but when you phone through to 150 it is impossible to speak to someone regarding the specific query - it gives you delivery information and then tells you to hang up! You cannot speak to anyone on chat as similarly it just says “give us a call” - which funnily enough also has no effect. The lack of customer service is astonishing for a company that is so influential.
Please give me a number where I can actually speak to someone.

It is under my fathers name. Jonathan Pitman (**********************) I ordered an iPhone 8 Plus.

Thanks for the quick reply.
In this case, if your Dad can give us a call on 150 or 07953 966 250 and select option 1 for mobile and then account queries.
The team will be able to help get the upgrade looked into 🙂
