So the order tracking website requires a 10 digit references, but i have a 12 digit ref starting xko? it is for an online pre-order and upgrade to the iPhone 11.
How can i go about tracking my order without having to be "That guy" and asking questions about stock levels and delivery times of the new iPhones 🙂

@soupladel the KXO number is just a order number that’s not a tracking number. Best to call customer services in he morning about this.
just to add no point in asking about stock levels as a device in stock is a device to thats not been allocated to anyone. EE will only have stock once all ore-orders are dealt with.
