Hi,
I ordered the new Huawei P40 Pro as an upgrade device and entered my new address. The problem is I didn't realize before I placed the order that I haven't changed my account address. I received an email today saying a discrepancy between account and order form i.e. that being the address mismatch with the form. I've now updated my address details to my new address in the account. Also, I have tried to contact customer service but keep failing due to the lines being busy.
Is there a way we can sort it out online without having to contact customer service by phone?

When you received the email regarding the different information, did it confirm that you can update your address on the My EE App? Changing your billing address will happen straight away.
To check any account details or to update and order details, you can give our customer care team a call, or speak to our live chat teams.
