No order delivery date

Made an order on the 21st of April for a pay monthly sim and only been given the xko and haven’t heard anything since what should I do ?

@Matt48 , I would suggest that you ring customer service in the morning, as you should have received it by now, even though these are sent out by second hand post, they will then be able to advise what is going on and when you are likely to receive it.
