I ordered a TV with add to plan on Saturday, I had no email or texts regarding confirmation. Called CS on Tuesday to be told it's gone to DPD. No reference or anything was given. Cannot track the order on EE or DPD. Add to plan is on my bill and I paid upfront and have no idea when the product is coming...

@Mrbaldwin DPD will text you the day of delivery with a time slot, you’ll be given the chance to change this time also. If I remember correctly you’ll get a confirmation also the day before about a delivery to your address from DPD.
