four days ago I placed an upgrade order to the red iPhone 11 and it said usually dispatched within a day but I haven’t received email or text since? I have tried to track my order but it says sorry unable to show status of order at the moment
Just wondering if it is normal to take longer nowadays? Thanks

Unfortunately I was unable to get through to an agent as they were all busy & after waiting a while, would it be worth me trying tomorrow instead?

I'm having the exact same problem. I had a superfast delivery time slot for today between 1200 - 1400, which never happened. I have not received an email or text regarding to the dispatch. I have only received the confirmation email on the purchase. I cannot track my order either... When will i receive it?
